I have a question.

Ok so I have a proposal for you fellas out there, the ladies can join in if they would like but the odds are there wont be many of you reading this because the majority of you don’t ride a bike let alone read blogs about riding bikes. So I am safe with the assumption I am speaking to my boys on this one. If I am wrong feel free to assault me on the trail with a chain tool.
So here is my proposal. I motion to give any women on a mountain bike that is on a trail 2, count them 2, extra points on the scale of 1 out of 10 for looks. This would make your average girl who is a 5 an above average 7, or push the smoking hot 10 over the scale into uncharted territory.
My theory on this is that if word gets out that we are giving them extra points for being on a bike more of them will do it and we will enjoy way better scenery while on our rides. Am I out of line on this? You tell me.

I would have to agree on this she would def get extra bonus points but i would have to say if she’s hurtung in the looks department i really dont care how good she can ride a bike

Well I haven’t got the exact science down yet. I am still trying to figure out how to carry over those points to off bike activities myself. After all a troll carrying a beautiful flower is still a troll with a weed in its paw.

There are indeed women riding bikes, reading/writing blogs about bikes, building bikes, drooling over bikes, and doing just about everything bike-related! So be nice to them when they pass you on the trail and maybe they’ll feel inclined to invite you to a beer after the ride

you guys are crazy. I dont know about this points thing. I typically am just glad if a girl even says hi to me let alone looks good and rides a bike.

Well, I don’t know about rating anyone on a number scale but I am always attracted to women who are athletic. Women mountain bikers especially have a little extra something going on. I believe anyone who rides a bike passionately is also passsionate about taking care of themselves and their significant other as well. That’s the kind of person I want to be around.
