What Gets You Fired Up!
by Matthew Connors on July 31st, 2007

It is my off season here in Arizona, but Im on my bike more then ever. I was talking to one of the guys that is moving into my class next year, and he made me so mad. He said that he is going to win state next year and win some of the little races that are coming up. But I told him that he was mistaken Im going to win - not him. Talk about a big motivation!
What he doesnt know is that Ive been on the bike every other day and going to the gym on the off days. He is going to get a big wake up call that first race. Im going to be burning up those Kenda tires…
Park Tool USA!
by Rob Blue on July 27th, 2007
I have done the majority of the work on my own bikes (and the neighborhood kids as well) for a long time. My first job was actually wrenching for Dino’s Cyclery back in the suburbs of Chicago. I have long appreciated the fact that the right tool for the job makes all the difference in the world and a great tool will last a lifetime. That being said I am super excited to announce that Park Tool USA is now a sponsoring partner of the Evomo Mountain Bike Team.

I dont even show up to the races half the time. Its not something I am exactly proud of, its just a fact of my existence, I think. Its not even something I do on purpose. Ok so the last race, I know I was supposed to go and work the feed zone for the guys, but you gotta understand the Kenda girls are mighty…

by Jake Davidson [Evomo Sponsored Rider]
So last weekend I drove out to Michaux State Forest near Carlisle, PA to race the Curse of the Dark Hollow. This race is billed as the toughest endurance course on the East Coast, and let me tell you, it delivers. Here is a race report:It was early. The race started at 7:00AM, something I’m going to have to get used to if I am going to do more endurance events. No big deal though, except

Brett Miller is definitely a unique individual with the strength to recover from injuries more serious than you can imagine. Recently, Brett was awarded the Purple Heart for being injured in combat while serving for the US Army in Iraq. Despite the extent of his injuries, he has recovered enough to be able to race downhill mountain bikes!
