Racing up at Rim Nordic this past Sunday was eye opening. I have heard about their summer series for years but never got around to racing up there. It turns out that was a big mistake. The Rim Nordic series should be on every Southern California racers list.

I think I have as many, if not more, Kenda tires than my local bike shop. Have I gone into the bikes shop business? No way, it’s just a matter of when I find something I really believe in I tend to go a bit overboard.
Mountain States Cup Report

I headed down to Crested Butte, CO on Fri June 22 to take part in round three of the Mountain States Cup series, the wildflower rush. Not only was this important as I missed round two in angel fire, nm, but also I went to H.S. there so its always nice to catch up with old friends. Of course the weekend did not start out as planned, I was taking care of my bosses dog, and as soon as we got to the campsite, he threw up in my car
