Hot Encheladas

Another record for Phoenix , Another record for my shorts .
Yesterday Here in Phoenix we just broke A record for the most consecutive days over 110 degrees. Translated to Cycling it’s been 30 days of pure hell for training and trying to maintain fitness.
Ill start with brief, but lucid details of the battle going on in my shorts at these temprataure’s . The best description I can give is Jungle warfare. My Camious gets hotter than A Siagon whore house in 1967; after patrolling through the jungle, chaffing hits your junk like A claymore mine. Then even when your not riding your fighting 24/7 swamp ass, which is like dumping hot enchiladas in your underwear. Lets not even get started on the ass acne that magically appears in the summer. With all the kings men I don’t think they can put this Humpty back together.
Like Vietnam sometimes I think the only way out of summer here is A body bag. I have taken hope that in two or three weeks this crap heat should be giving way to more reasonable temps. With no event scheduled on my calendar till October 20th its tough to find motivation for kicking my butt training every day.

oh man i think you are on the money with this althou i think the battle in my shorts looks more like shepards pie and it feels like its smoothered in tabasco.
