Holiday Bash with the MtBikeRiders.com Crew

Last weekend Greg and I were invited to the MtnBikeRiders.com Holiday party. We drove out to Moe’s house and got their just in time to take advantage of the bountiful spread of delicious food, treats and all kinds of high sugar and cholesterol ridden goodies. Mmmmm yum! Thats what I love about this time of year. I can just stop riding, which I have successfully been doing (or not doing) for almost 7 weeks now and then eat whatever I want to build up a nice layer of winter fat.
More importantly we arrived in time for the gift exchange. I thought about bringing some lame white elephant gift like a broken crock pot but I figured in the spirit of Christmas I would bring some Evomo t-shirts. I mean what would Jesus do? The Evomo Braincase t-shirts ended up going quick once Moe found them and they were fought over most of the night.
Then there was the half used roll of toilet paper… thanks RL!
Once the Evomo tees were stolen, Moe found another gift to open… I wonder what this gift could be?
Greg ended up with the inflatable goat… which I think will become the new Evomo mascot?
We had a great time and of course we chatted long into the night about bike geek stuff. Plenty of things to read on the mtnbikeriders.com blog since they are really kicking it up in 2008 with lots of gear reviews.

Thanks for joining us! I may need to get one of those Goats and place it on top of my Xtracycle for Sea Otter…or if Priscilla ever gets mad at me and makes me sleep on the couch, I’ll have some company…

hey Philip.
sponsorship thru sponsor house can be quite competitive. There are a lot of riders out there that do a lot to help promote Evomo and we have to do our best to acknowledge each and every one of them. Be sure to always send us messages so we know what you are up to. Its not realistic for us to track down every rider and find out what they have been up to.
As for stickers, just send a msg to us and we will get them out to you… always, no worries!
