Sea Otter Day 1

After a long drive up from Los Angeles and a stop in Santa Maria for lunch and gas we arrived in Monterey. We did a basic set up for the booth and headed over to Bretts trailer for BBQ burgers, mountain bike videos and 60 year old wiskey shots! Ooofff, after that it was time to hit the beds.

So officially, that was day 0 so we got up bright and early on Day 1 and had an awesome time hanging out at the Evomo booth. Accomoidations are pretty sweet considering we have a rider lounge with 3 couches and a bbq where we grill up hot dogs.

Ian and Nitish from NRL Racing stopped by and kicked in gangsta style in the Evomo lounge.
Evomo Team rider from Arizon, Clint Hosman, made it out for a few laps around the course… tomorrow is Super-D, big day for Clint.
As the sunset, the marine layer rolled in and we left the Otter for burritos at Chipotle! Mmmmm. 1500 calories, here we come.

I gotta have that huge banner for 24 hour nationals. Can ya hook me up? Have fun out there believe when I say I wish I was there as I am stuck in 40 degree temps in Wisconsin….yes still.
