Brandon Bittorf here, EVOMO team rider out in Ventura. Hope everything is going well, I wanted to drop a line and let everybody taste my delicious balls. Especially after a long training day in the Fizik saddle wearing the ultra plush chamois from Pactimo, kick back and have a taste!
1 Jar natural peanut butter (organic is always best)
½ Cup ground flax seeds (flax meal)
3 Scoops Chocolate Protein
Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl. Make sure you include the oil from the peanut butter, or replace it with an equivalent amount of flax seed oil. It should create a big dough-like lump. Pinch off a little bit and roll it into a ball about half the size of a walnut or so. It should make 30 -40 balls. Place all the balls on a cookie sheet and stick it in the freezer. This is so they do not stick together. After an hour or so you can transfer them to a plastic container and store in your freezer. One or two after dinner hits the spot. Enjoy.
