by Bryan on January 18th, 2009

This is Part 1 of a 2 part story.
Husband, father, winner of a couple World Cups, and oh, did I mention that Dave Wiens is a 6 time consecutive winner of one of the most grueling mountain bike races around, the Leadville 100. Although when talking to Mr. Wiens, after a few minutes, you realize he is Dave the dad and family man who just really loves to mountain bike, I mean really, really loves it!

Evomo Rider Profile: William Scharney
by Evomo Sponsored Rider on January 13th, 2009
17 year old Will Scharney, or just Scharn, is an epic downhill rider with the confidence of James Bond and balls of steel. Evomo first met Scharn at the Sea Otter last April in 2008. He was a humble kid and clearly enjoyed racing mountain bikes and probably loved just going out and ripping it even more. Will’s friends think he has huge potential to go pro, but he thinks its going to take more work. We wouldn’t be surprised if one day Sam Hill is getting his ass whooped by Scharney. Lets just hope its while wearing an Evomo jersey!
