Checkout this video!! I just completed the Malibu Nautica Triathlon and passed about 100 relay cyclists on the bike stage. All of them had the most decked out tri bikes money can buy.. but no legs. I’m on a 4 year old road bike with Titec aerobars I bought off craigslist.
