So I got to thinking for all you athletes out there who are either active to stay fit and healthy or training for that big race what do you typically eat for breakfast – on a non-race, non-competition day?

For example:

rice cereal with blue berries followed by shake blended with rice milk, frozen strawberries, one banana and a scoop of protein supplement powder.

What do you eat for your first meal of the day?

Dang Bryan! Looks like big Lance prepared that b-fast. That's a beauty! I typically go with oatmeal mixed with apple sauce, couple pieces of toast, some coffee. Oh, and a shot of bourban just to get my head right.

A chocolate covered chocolate donut and coffee from 7/11 does the trick for that daily commute.

coffee, V8 Fusion and Cherrios with a coffee chaser. I might substitute oatmeal for the Cherrios, and I'll sometimes throw a bagel into the mix too.
