As a follow up to my question to all the amature (or professional) athletes who follow the Evomo blog…

What do you eat for lunch on a non-race, non-competition day?

For example; Turkey sandwhich, lettuce, tomato, mayo/mustard, corn chips, carrots peeled (raw), whole cucumber, cherry tomatoes (raw), water to drink.

post your lunches bellow.
Thanks!

On a non-race day??? PBJ, past, pizza, soup, pale ale…sometime all in the same day. Ok, so I didn’t get my Masters in nutrition. Oh, and I might have more coffee too.

on a non-race week, I think it would be easier listing what I don’t eat… But Pizza, Fried Rice and Fish top the list.

  3. Truly… I eat whatever, but I try to only focus on eating 2 meals a day with a snack in between. My meals are breakfast and dinner, with a carrot for a snack…

lunch is usually my biggest meal of the day I eat whatever gets the calories up so I don’t crash later on in the afternoon. I am a big chicken fan though.
