DOH!

This past weekend was race #2 for the MBAA state championship. With all of the rain we have received it has really changed the lines of this course. Unfortunatly though it did not make Mt. 2fnhigh any smaller. The first lap I was on a great pace when, I moved over to let some pros by my rear tire picked up something and it flatted out. I quickly changed the tube (yes I still run tubes) and I was on my way. The second lap in the Technical section I broke my right shoe on a rock. I had some zip ties in my pack so I zip tied it together. made it through until about 1/2 from the start/finish line and I got another flat. So I was unable to finish my last lap (DNF). Oh well I still looked good in my Evomo wear.
Next race is Feb 21st at Estrella, 20miles of fun hills and technical riding. Only 10 weeks left until Sea Otter.
Think about it….. Disney World is the largest people trap ran by a mouse.

wow you sure didnt get by easy on that race… 2 flats and a broken shoe. Well at least you had fun. Get the podium next time, eh!
