Sea Otter Day 1

After a long drive up from Los Angeles and a stop in Santa Maria for lunch and gas we arrived in Monterey. We did a basic set up for the booth and headed over to Bretts trailer for BBQ burgers, mountain bike videos and 60 year old wiskey shots! Ooofff, after that it was time to hit the beds.

In order to prep for Sea Otter, I’ve been racing the CCCX DH series, which is about 10 minutes from Sea Otter / Laguna Seca. I always have a fun time at this series because it’s a mellow atmosphere, and pretty nice people to socialize with… Tallying results is quick, and very organized, no waiting around to figure out what the standings are! 2007 / Off-season training

I just wanted to drop a couple of lines and let everybody know my (Brandon Bittorf) goals for 2007. I plan on hitting the road season early in preparation for the Norba Nationals series, which will be a blast on my new SCOTT Spark LTD. I will race a few California State XC Series, but the State Series is just too scattered to stay consistant.
