Just when I thought it was time to start pulling out the cold weather gear here in Los Angeles, the Santa Ana winds start blowing. That means it’s around 90 degrees again on my favorite local trails.
I am Josh Cook. I am 16 years old, and I am going to be racing in the Jr Expert class. I live in Sissonville, West Virginia. I have been riding and racing for 2 years now and still trying to get it down right. I finished 2nd in the over-all West Virginia mountain bike points series and I finished as the West Virginia State Champion.
I just wanted to drop a couple of lines and let everybody know my (Brandon Bittorf) goals for 2007. I plan on hitting the road season early in preparation for the Norba Nationals series, which will be a blast on my new SCOTT Spark LTD. I will race a few California State XC Series, but the State Series is just too scattered to stay consistant.
One of my self appointed jobs that I do for the Evomo Mountain Bike Team is product testing.
There is a lot of confusion about the name of Cheeseboro Canyon.
Today seems to have been our first MTB ride of the Fall here in Southern California.
